Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that are defective or misdescribed.
Eligibility
- Item must be defective or materially different from the listing description.
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Graded coins and banknotes must be in original, untampered holders.
- Albums must be unused and in original packaging.
Process
- Contact sales@arabiancoins.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the defect or misdescription.
- Once approved, ship the item back using trackable, insured shipping. We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or misdescribed items.
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are accurately described and free of defects are not eligible for return. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
