Description
Tunisia — 1 Millim, 1999 · Aluminum · KM-349 · NGC MS 66
Part of the F.A.O. (Food and Agriculture Organization) series, this modest denomination carries an olive tree obverse and wheat ears reverse — fitting symbols for Tunisia’s agricultural heritage. The 1999 date represents the key rarity of the KM-349 series, with only 4 examples certified across both NGC and PCGS compared to 165 graded for the common 2000 date. Same design, same type, but 1999 examples are virtually never encountered in the marketplace. This MS 66 specimen shows bright, lustrous aluminum surfaces with sharp strike definition throughout both the tree design and Arabic legends.
